RADON TESTING
Radon: odorless, colorless, and the leading cause of lung cancer in the United States. Recently the EPA raised the standards on Radon to ensure every new house built is being built with a mitigation system.

Radon levels can continue to fluctuate, the EPA recommends homeowners test their home's radon levels every two years. While the EPA recommends every two years, we recommend testing every year to keep radon levels in check. Radon can be hazardous to your home and health.

- Bacteria H2O Testing
Bacteriological water analysis is a method of analyzing water to estimate the numbers of potential bacteria present, and what type of bacteria may be present.
- Full expanded: FHA package
FHA and VA loans this means testing for coliform, nitrates, nitrites, and lead. In some instances, local jurisdiction may only require a coliform tests.
- Lead H20 Testing
Lead can enter drinking water when a chemical reaction occurs in plumbing materials that contain lead. This is known as corrosion – dissolving or wearing away of metal from the pipes and fixtures.

MOLD & AIR TESTING
The dreaded four letter word... No one likes four letter words. Our inspectors are capable of providing you with air quality and swab testing to let you know exactly with what might be hiding behind the walls.

- Swab Tests - Specific location dependent testing
- Air Quality Testing - Recommended for situations where there may be more information needed. Does the mold issue run further than visually able to see? Or are there spores in the air harmful to us?

Water Quality Testing
How important is it to test my water? Public or Well supply.
Water never wears out, but it does become contaminated. The safety of the water we use for drinking, cooking, and hygiene cannot be taken for granted. Water may look safe, taste good, and smell fine – yet be unsafe to drink.

Home inspections are usually conducted by a professional inspector who has the training and certifications to perform such inspections.

With over 1,500+ inspections in our service career, 7,000 hours racked up through classroom, field, and working experience we understand that studying never stops. We continue to pursue ongoing education while continuing to work in the field daily!
Where will we go to inspect?
If we can safely get to it, we will inspect and document it. That includes most heights, most crawlspaces, most attics, most roofs. You get it, we'll try our absolute best in almost every situation. But sometimes there are limitations.
